We apply a targeted range of empirical research tools, including quantitative research, polling, qualitative field work, focus groups, and expert elicitation techniques to understand and analyze individual and group behaviors against 43 psychosocial parameters to segment and specify non-desired behaviors (NDB) and optimal influence pathways (OIP).

Data Fusion & Analytics (DFA)

Multi domain data fusion (MDDF) uses open-source data from consumer, census, electoral, educational, social, demographic, ethnographic and commercial datasets. We provide our clients with the ability to cross-correlate data points and trend analysis to amplify the value of TAA findings. Our comprehensive DFA ecosystem ensures that robust data analysis shapes and assures strategic campaign planning, strategy, and implementation.

A specialist team of researchers conducts in-depth due diligence and active monitoring of opposing actors to understand their intent, map their activity, and counter their actions. OSI routinely includes perception analysis, examination of the availability and allocation of resources, and strategic observation, as well as evaluation of messaging, communication, and patterns of activity. We use state-of-the-art capabilities to profile actors, alongside technical and DFA capabilities to gamify their likely courses of action and highlight, to exploit, their vulnerabilities.

Strategic Campaign Planning (SCP)

Delivers a unified structure and strategy to communicate with each audience, including psychological types, channels, types of sources and other necessary information.

Messages and narrative themes are fine-tuned prior to campaign launch, through audience testing within strategically relevant groups. We evolve written, visual, audio, and interactive content and other stimuli to identify what will have the greatest impact.

Grassroot Mobilization & Influence (GMI)

The most valuable periods of a campaign are in the early and late stages of activity—the understand and secure phases. Grassroots mobilization is often a key element for achieving successful results and co-opting populations towards engagement whilst inoculating these same groups against opposition actions and influence.

Our experience demonstrates that a percentage of people do not regularly engage in the world around them. They are passive actors due to apathy, fear, disenfranchisement, or coercion. This deprives clients of much-needed human mass. We overcome this through targeted active engagement to mobilize positive additional mass, in favour of objectives. Similarly, we are accustomed to deactivating segments of an audience who may otherwise be active resistors to enhance overall effect.
